Saving Email from Outlook to the Case

One of the most frequently requested features has been the ability to copy emails from Outlook into Longbow so that they can appear with their appropriate case file. Using the toolbar features that can be installed into Outlook you can select a case from a dropdown list or type in the file number and click Save Email to Longbow.
If you are sending a new email from Outlook you can also select the case and when you click the send button it will automattically be copied to the case file.
